Our Screening systems head works screens are a simple but high-quality solution in the important mechanical purification process in order to retain and remove coarse and fine matters from the waste water.

Comprising the complete mechanical pre-treatment process, screenings removal with further treatment as well as the separation of gri and grease. A real all-rounder!

Its design enables the Grit washer to almost completely remove the organic content in the sand and to do this with extremely low water consumption.

Even in difficult situations our Screening wash press allows an optimal washout and compression of screenings.

Special demands require special solutions. Our process engineering and design is able to provide a suitable solution for your individual situation or reguest.          

Our machinery and special designs are being combined e.g. with our conveyors, container rotating devices and process equipment, to a joined system solution.

For emergencies or planned reconstruction works we offer various screens, installed in steel tanks, as well as screening presses.
