Longitudinal and Circular Scrapers
Longitudinal and Circular Scrapers are usually used in sedimentation tanks to remove grit sediments and floating scum. Typical applications are often longitudinal scrapers on grit chambers or circular scrapers on final sedimentation tanks. Sewer Sedimentation Reception Station
Sewer grit or, for example, also the contents of road manholes are processed in the grit feeding station. The supply is carried out by cleaning vehicles which dump the cargo into a storage bunker. From here the appropriate dosage is applied to the further treatment stages of the sewage treatment plant.
Mixing Reactor
Our Mixing Reactors are used to optimize the aeration in the biological wastewater treatment. Thereby a flow guiding tube is placed in the middle of the basin and the wastewater is moved upwards by a large mixing device. This creates a bottom flow to the center of the basin and a backflow over the upper water layer towards the bottom of the basin. This vertical circulation, contrary to the rising air bubbles, increases the oxygen transfer and ensures a deposit-free operation.
Conveyor for screenings and grit
In addition to our well-known systems for mechanical sewage treatment, we also manufacture many types of conveyor installations which are used in that respect. They are applied to convey a wide variety of materials from the sewage treatment plant, such as screenings, sludge, grit or sewer flushing materials.
